Deepbreast is an online classified platform operated by ONLINEUK LTD, The Company acts solely as a platform provider and does not offer or manage services advertised by users.
Offeror Users create profiles and advertisements, while Recipient Users browse listings and contact Offeror Users using provided contact information. The Company is not involved in any interaction between users.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary information to operate the Service, comply with legal requirements, and improve platform safety and performance.
This Site is strictly for adults. By using Deepbreast, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.
We do not pre-screen user content; however, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or harms users, the Service, or the Company’s reputation.
The Company does not verify or endorse user-generated content. Users interact at their own risk and responsibility.

Deepbreast provides dedicated channels to allow Users to report advertisements or other content that may violate these Terms of Use. Users may contact us through our official reporting email addresses, including privacy@deepbreast.com and abuse@deepbreast.com.
Reports may relate to content that, in the User’s opinion:
All reports will be reviewed carefully. At our sole discretion, we may remove the content, request additional verification from the Offeror User (including proof of age), or determine that the content complies with these Terms and reject the complaint.
Further details regarding prohibited material are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy and Guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload complies with these Terms and with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban Users for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. Any content that violates these Terms may be removed without prior notice. If content is removed or a User account is terminated, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from such action, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
By uploading or publishing an advertisement on the Site, the Offeror User consents to the processing of their personal data, including special categories of data where applicable, solely for the purpose of operating and publishing the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is strictly intended for adults only. By accessing or using the Site, Users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age. Any attempt to misrepresent age or bypass age-verification measures constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Site without notice.
Where account registration is required, Users must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Users must not use another person’s account without authorization.
Deepbreast does not pre-approve or control user-generated content and does not act as an agent or intermediary between Users. All interactions and arrangements between Offeror Users and Recipient Users are conducted at their own risk.
Users accept full responsibility for their conduct toward the Site and other Users. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of advertisements or the outcome of any interactions between Users.
We take reasonable measures to maintain Site security; however, Users are responsible for protecting their own devices and data. Users must not upload or introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, nor attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
Any breach of Site security may constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws, including the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK). Such incidents may be reported to relevant authorities, and access to the Site will terminate immediately upon breach.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Deepbreast, the Site administrator, nor ONLINEUK LTD, including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents, shall be liable for:
Total liability relating to Paid Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the User in the preceding twelve (12) months or INR equivalent of GBP 500. For all other Services, liability shall be limited to the INR equivalent of GBP 150.
We shall not be responsible for any Service disruption caused by force majeure events, including network failures, hosting issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.
By posting an advertisement or creating a profile, Offeror Users authorize Deepbreast to promote such content for enhanced visibility across relevant regions at our discretion. Offeror Users confirm that they are legally of age, acting voluntarily, and are the individual represented in the advertisement.
Offeror Users are responsible for ensuring that all information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in removal of content or suspension of the account.
Payments for Paid Services are processed via third-party payment providers. Deepbreast is not responsible for errors, disputes, or failures caused by payment processors. Violations of these Terms may result in content removal without refund and permanent account restriction.
Where payment disputes or chargebacks occur, we reserve the right to suspend the associated profile until resolution is confirmed by the payment provider.
To comply with minimum age requirements, Deepbreast may verify the age of Offeror Users through automated or manual verification methods. Where required, identity documentation may be requested in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use trusted third-party verification partners for this purpose. Identity data is used strictly to confirm age and identity and is handled in line with data protection laws.
Users agree not to misuse the Site or violate laws, ethical standards, or public decency. Prohibited content includes unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise harmful material.
Offeror Users are solely responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with local laws. Advertisements for illegal services, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of third-party data are prohibited.
Publishing content on behalf of another person without consent, or using copyrighted material without authorization, constitutes a serious violation and may result in permanent bans.
The following content is strictly prohibited on Deepbreast:
Only one free advertisement per verified account per day is permitted. Hyperlinks are not allowed within advertisements. All content must be submitted in English.
Users must have full legal rights to upload any content. All individuals depicted must be adults and must have provided informed, voluntary consent. Unauthorized use of personal data, images, or identities is prohibited.
Any reports of intellectual property misuse or abusive content may be submitted to: privacy@deepbreast.com or abuse@deepbreast.com.
Uploaded images may contain platform watermarks for identification and moderation purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to any part of the Site for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons without notice. No compensation or refunds will be provided for such changes.
Except where required by law, payments for Paid Services are non-refundable. At our discretion, unused balances may be issued as site credits for future use. No refunds or credits will be provided where Terms violations occur.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
